We Plan and Execute Efficiently
From the very beginning we encourage you to meet with a member of our management staff. By engaging us early, we can hit the ground running once we begin working. Your building will be provided with an account supervisor with whom you can relay your concerns. YOU are our top priority and our team is here to listen, plan and execute our plan efficiently.
We Always Communicate with You
Your residential strata building is at its cleanest when all parties (including building managers and concierge staff) are working together and on the same page. You want to know, when there’s a coffee spill, a casual misstep in the garbage room, or the neighbour’s friendly dog has it out for the curbside, that someone is on it. Our team appreciates the hard work that goes into management and concierge duties so we make a point to create as many touch points as possible with them.
In my 3 years at this property, never have I heard council boast about the staff they have until last nights council meeting. They were very supportive and appreciative of the services received from Alliance.
