Mental health has become an important topic of discussion in the past year due to the pandemic. However, even before the pandemic, AML recognized the impact and importance of mental health. Over the years, AML has been encouraging conversations about mental health in the workplace and in our lives. From participating and engaging in mental health campaigns, to instilling healthy habits to promote both physical and mental health, our goal to raise awareness about mental health and to also end the stigma surrounding mental disabilities.

AML MENTAL HEALTH BANDS
Often times, individuals struggle with communicating their feelings to others. Whether it be due to a language barrier, fear of judgement, or a variety of other reasons, speaking with others about your mental and emotional struggles can be overwhelming.
To promote our team to share their feelings, we have curated a set of mental health bands so you can provide us a small indication of how you are feeling in any given moment or day without having to say anything.
Our mental health band comes in four colors with each representing the following emotions:
