Building Cleaner
The cleaner is responsible for performing cleaning duties in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.
Shifts:
- Full-time, part-time, and on-call available
Duties:
- Maintain areas clean, such as lobbies and hallways.
- Clean building floors by sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping
- Clean halls, entrances/exits, and reception areas
- Exterior walk-ways – litter pickup.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures
- Ability to read instructions on cleaning products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be positive and friendly
- Able to spend time standing
Job Specifications:
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures
- Ability to read and understand labels and instructions of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to answer Company or customer issued telecommunication devices
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to climb a 5ft step ladder
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to use cleaning chemical products
- Agree to clean doop poop, human poop, and vomit
- Agree to clean a Garbage room
- Ability to use a smartphone
- Agree to use the personal smartphone for clocking in and out and company’s communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
