Strata Building Management
Is your strata or building management company overwhelmed with administration? Do strata council members have to take time off work to meet with tradespeople and deal with building issues? The strata building management will handle the following:

- Working with a property management company
- Cheque collection
- Meetings with contractors and trades
- Directives from property managers and strata councils
This service is similar to our Strata Caretaking service; however, it’s specialized for large buildings.
